Many traditional schools offer a program in Business Technology & Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a part-time program or course. That’s not surprising, since AI is the future. For someone who is already employed, this offers opportunities for further growth. However, this does not mean that a part-time program is the right choice for everyone.

Business Technology and AI—but even better!
IBHS offers a 3-year full-time program with a focus on practical experience. Gaining practical experience is essential. We still notice too often in traditional degree programs that the focus is on theory. We believe this is a missed opportunity, because once you’ve completed your studies, that’s when the real-world experience begins. We believe that hands-on experience should begin during your studies. We achieve this through various internships (including one in the first year) and our Business Weeks & Experiences. During these practical sessions, we focus on real-world experience, using business management as our starting point.

Automated IT is certainly an essential part of this, which is why courses such as Business Information Technology & Big Data are more important than ever. What careers are available after you graduate?
Since we offer a comprehensive business degree program at the higher professional education (HBO) level, you’ll have a wider range of career options after graduation. Many students with an interest in AI and business technology choose careers such as Business Development Manager or Consultant, but thanks to the broad foundation you’ll gain, your future job could also be Managing Director or Product Manager at an international company.
