Double Experience
Our program includes two internships
The first year of study concludes with a 3- to 5-month summer internship. During this summer internship, students work 5 days a week at a host company. For this company, the student writes a consulting report addressing an operational problem, challenge, or opportunity. The focus is on an investigation into the organization’s strengths and weaknesses, as well as the opportunities and threats arising from the external environment. The student writes a recommendation report for the organization’s management on the current state of affairs, based on both an external and internal analysis of the most relevant processes. The student concludes with the most important recommendations for improvement. The advisory report must be usable as input for developing or adapting a strategic plan for the organization.
Graduation Experience
Second internship, which is also my graduation internship
The second year of study concludes with an 8- to 10-month capstone internship. During the capstone internship, you will work 4 days a week at an internship company and return to school 1 day a week. For this company, you will write two advisory reports to solve a tactical and a strategic problem.
